I have Flash Player, but I can't see the video or I see an error message. Some Firewall settings block Flash content from being displayed by your browser. You should add PlanetRicki.com to your 'safe list' or disable your Firewall.

I can't choose an item from the playlist. Please be sure your browser security settings have Java Script enabled. This is usually the 'medium' setting in Internet Explorer. Your Firewall settings may also block Java Script from running.

I can't get an item on a playlist to play. The problem may be caused by a broken link. Please email us and we will fix it as soon as possible. Be sure to tell us the name of the item you were trying to play.

I can't use the full screen feature. The full screen feature is only available if you have Adobe Flash Player 9 or later. You should upgrade to the latest version by visiting the Adobe website.

Can I download video files? No. The Flash Video Format can only be played from the website video player.

Can I share video files? This feature is not available at this time. You can send a link to the page with the video by sending the URL of the page in an email.
